Hot Ticket, the customer management application of Southern Patio Enclosures. Effective September 15, 2026.

Hot Ticket is an application built and operated by Southern Patio Enclosures ("SPE", "we") at wavytaylors.com. SPE's staff and contractors use it to quote, schedule, and invoice commercial patio enclosure work. Customers use it through the quote links we send them. These terms cover that use.

What the application does for customers

A quote link opens a page showing your proposal, the price, and the renderings and drawings that go with it. From that page you can approve the quote. Approving creates a deposit invoice in our QuickBooks Online account and shows you a QuickBooks Payments link for it. The invoice and the pay page are provided by Intuit under Intuit's terms; SPE never sees or stores your card or bank details.

Quotes, approvals, and deposits

• A quote is valid through the date printed on it. After that, prices may change.
• Approving a quote and paying the deposit places your order. Production starts when the deposit clears.
• The deposit is 50% of the quoted price. The balance is due after installation, or before shipping on shipped orders, as stated on the quote.
• Any change in price after the on-site design consultation is submitted to you for approval before it is applied.
• Sales tax is charged on Texas jobs as required by law.

How we handle the information in the application is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Quote links are for the customer they were sent to. Do not share a link outside your organization, attempt to access another customer's quote, or interfere with the application. We may disable a link that is being misused.

Availability

We aim to keep the application available, but it may be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. If a quote page is unavailable, contact your sales representative and we will send the proposal another way.

Warranties and liability

The application is provided as is. Product warranties for the enclosure itself are stated on your proposal and are not changed by these terms. To the extent the law allows, SPE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the application.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address with its effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
