No. Since 2016, we have focused exclusively on commercial projects and no longer offer residential services.

  • Fully installed enclosures: $10,000 minimum.

  • Materials only (uninstalled): $8,000 minimum.

For multiple locations, we can discuss flexible options tailored to your needs.

After a 50% deposit:

  1. On-Site Consultation: Within 5 business days, our Installation Team will schedule a site visit with a designer (typically within 1–2 weeks).

  2. Manufacturing: Your custom enclosure is produced after finalizing the design (usually 2–4 weeks).

  3. Shipping & Installation: The enclosure ships directly to you (typically 3–5 business days after manufacturing) and is professionally installed by our team.

Typical timeline: 4–8 weeks from deposit to completion, depending on project complexity and season. Peak season is September–February; please check with your salesperson for current delivery times.

Spray the enclosure with a water hose and use mild soap as needed. For clear vinyl, polish with a microfiber cloth and 210 Vinyl Polish (available on Amazon) once dry. Clean every 3–6 months for optimal longevity.

Yes. Our enclosures are designed to create a sealed environment that effectively retains heat or cooling using high-quality solid and clear vinyl materials. Simply dropping the enclosures will provide an immediate 10-degree difference in temperature. Our enclosures are designed with NFPA-701 ratings to be used in conjunction with patio heaters to keep your customers warm deep into winter.

  • Manual roll enclosures: up to 45 mph sustained winds

  • Motorized roll enclosures: up to 65 mph sustained winds
  • Manual roll enclosures: If you are able to roll them up and secure them PRIOR to the windstorm, this will preserve the longevity of the curtains. If you are already experiencing high winds, unzip the sides; do not attempt to roll up or down during high winds.

Yes. We provide custom, removable framed doors that match the enclosure vinyl while meeting fire marshal egress requirements.

  • Solid and clear vinyl enclosures: Protect against wind, rain, and cold, while maintaining temperature control.

  • Heavy-duty sun shades: Provide sun and wind protection as well as moderate rain and cold protection.

We use durable vinyl instead of canvas. Canvas is prone to abrasion, which can wear or unravel over time due to contact with the ground or posts. Vinyl provides long-lasting durability and clarity with proper care.
