For our manual curtains, on-site tune-up includes:

  • Replacing frayed ropes
  • Inspecting and installing missing hardware (anchors, D-rings, clasps)
  • Lubricating pulleys and zippers
  • Adjusting panels for proper operation
  • Reinstalling broken zipper heads when repairable
  • Installing customer-provided filler flaps or expansion panels

For our motorized curtains, on-site tune-up includes:

  • Inspection of motors, side tracks, remotes, and hood components
  • Adjusting panels for proper operation
  • Reprogram or reset remotes as needed

We’re unable to repair torn vinyl or separated zipper seams during onsite visits.  However, you may be able to mail damaged panels to us for repair. Please contact our service team with photos, and we will advise if a repair or replacement is needed.

While not required, we recommend having a manager or point of contact available to review completed work, highlight specific concerns, or approve any additional recommended repairs.

We recommend an annual tune-up, ideally before your busy season, to ensure smooth operation and prolong the life of your enclosures. Service can also be scheduled as needed throughout the year.

No. Replacement panels or flaps are not included in standard service. These items must be purchased separately and are custom-made to fit your enclosure.

Our service team is nationwide, just like our installation crew. No matter your location, we can coordinate a visit—contact us to schedule.

Service requests can be submitted quickly via the “Request Service” link at the bottom of our website. Please include photos and a brief description of the issue to help our team prepare for your visit.
