Who We Are
After witnessing the frustration many businesses faced with patio enclosures that wore out too quickly, we saw a clear gap in the market — and a real loss of investment. That's why we set out to create a better solution: a line of high-strength, commercial-grade enclosures built specifically for long-term performance.
Engineered for superior durability, safety, and aesthetics, our systems are designed to stand the test of time. Backed by nationwide service, custom-fit designs, and dedicated project support, we've helped restaurants, hotels, multi-location franchises, and venues across the country protect and elevate their outdoor spaces.

Southern Patio Enclosures is family-owned and operated, so we believe clients should be treated like members of that same family. We don't know another way to do it. When you become part of the SPE family, we're committed to your project from start to finish — advice, help, and answers throughout the process and beyond.
Where we draw the line
- Commercial B2B only. Restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups, event venues, and chains. Never residential.
- We do not build structure. No roofs, awnings, patio covers, or structural elements. Existing roof required.
- $10,000 installed minimum, flexible for true multi-site rollouts.
- All vinyl is NFPA 701 flame retardant.
- We'll tell you no. Single small jobs far from our primary service areas are generally declined unless they stack or are part of a rollout.
