What San Antonio patios need
San Antonio patios work hard in summer. Long, bright afternoons can make the sunny side of a patio hard to sell, and shade fabric is often the first thing owners ask about. Winters are milder, but cold fronts and spring wind still empty a patio on the wrong night. Clear vinyl closes the sides against wind and chill, and Nano shades handle the sun, so one patio can be sold across more of the year.
Systems
Motorized. Our motorized panels ride in keder track and lower from a remote or switch. They are rated to 65 mph deployed. MaxView clear panels reach 24 feet wide. Motors carry a 5-year warranty and workmanship carries 3 years.
Roll-up clear vinyl. For a lower price and the same commercial-grade material, hand-rolled rope-and-pulley panels use RF-welded seams and D-ring tie-downs and are rated to 45 mph tied down. Panels reach 12 feet wide and zip together up to 60 feet, with a 3-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Shades. Nano fabric blocks up to 97 percent of the sun and lowers patio temperature about 10°F, motorized or rope-and-pulley. All of our vinyl is NFPA 701 certified.

- A 50 percent deposit places the order, with the balance due after install.
- Our designer measures on site in a $500 design consultation, a line on every quote.
- Plan on 6 to 8 weeks of lead time.

How far do you travel?
We install nationwide. San Antonio is within easy reach of our Central Texas crews, so travel is a small part of most jobs here.
What is your minimum?
$10,000 installed, for commercial and hospitality patios only.
How long is the lead time?
About 6 weeks for manual systems (8 with framed metal doors) and about 8 weeks from deposit for motorized.
How do the systems handle wind?
Motorized systems are rated to 65 mph. Manual panels are rated to 45 mph tied down.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through LEAF Commercial Capital: an equipment lease with fixed monthly payments and e-signature. Most customers finance.
