Multi-Location & Chain Rollouts

Location forty-one should look like location one — eighteen months later, after two fabric runs and three install crews. That is the whole problem, and it is the one we solve.

Multi-site rollouts

Your Patios Do Not Look Anything Alike

Let's be honest: as a multi-site group, your patios have almost nothing in common. Different markets, different buildings, different landlords, different wind exposure, different vintage of construction. One site needs rain and wind protection. Another is fighting west-facing sun. A third is working around a construction schedule that has already slipped twice.

Without a process, that turns into a different vendor at every location, mismatched details, and a brand standard that quietly erodes site by site. Chain patios are the hardest version of this problem, because the inconsistency is visible to the same guest in two different cities.

We lock the patio enclosure specification at a pilot site, turn that into a drawing package, and run the same package everywhere — adapting to each opening without giving up the standard.

What operators get

  • 3-year workmanship warranty and 5-year motor warranty
  • Proven track record with national and regional restaurant brands
  • A dedicated project and design team that stays with the program
  • Brand consistency that still adapts to each site's layout
  • NFPA 701 flame-retardant materials throughout
  • Wind-rated systems specified per location, not per catalog
The team

Same People, Every Location

Consistency starts with who is managing the work. When we take on a multi-site program, the same core team stays on it from the first site to the last. That is what prevents the “starting over” feeling operators get when every location is treated as a brand-new project by a brand-new vendor.

  1. One salesperson

A single point of contact who owns the relationship and the communication across every market.

  2. One project manager

Owns the rollout calendar, keeps timelines and expectations aligned, and answers for the schedule.

  3. One designer, all sites

The same person doing design consultation across locations, which is how visual and functional consistency actually survives.

  4. Specialized system consultation

Separate expertise for motorized and manual roll systems, so each site gets specified by someone who builds that system daily.

  5. Installation oversight

Someone accountable for the finished product matching the intended design and performance standard.

Specification

Standardized, But Not Identical

Consistency does not mean every patio is a copy. It means every patio meets the same standard for quality, appearance, performance, and usability.

We work from standardized specifications and templates wherever the site allows it, so each location gets the same commercial-grade construction. Then we account for what is actually there: different opening sizes, structural conditions, wind exposure, service patterns, guest flow. The adjustments happen without losing the brand standard.

Standardization runs deeper than appearance. The same NFPA 701 flame-retardant vinyl, the same outdoor fabrics, the same clear PVC viewing panels, specified once and repeated — so your facilities team is maintaining one system across the portfolio, not eleven.

What stays locked

  • Fabric specification and color, across every market
  • Hardware, track, and housing finish
  • Seam construction and panel layout logic
  • Wind rating targets appropriate to each region
  • Punch and sign-off process at handover
  • A single service channel after the last install

Brands We Have Rolled Out

Repeat work across dozens of restaurant chains and regional brands is what built this process. Groups currently or previously running standardized patio enclosure packages with us include:

  • Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar — past 30 locations
  • Chuy's
  • Pluckers Wing Bar
  • Fuzzy's Taco Shop
  • Lupe Tortilla
  • Gloria's Latin Cuisine
  • Willie's Grill & Icehouse
  • Hat Creek Burger Company
  • Perry's Steakhouse & Grille
  • BoomerJack's Grill & Bar

Every one of those brands has its own standards, patio layouts, operational rhythm, and guest expectations. The job is supporting those standards while giving each location the protection and flexibility it actually needs.

Restaurant groups, hotel operators and casinos that run patio enclosure work with us across locations. Vendor paperwork, insurance and W-9 are on file, so the next site starts at the design consultation, not at procurement.

How a Rollout Runs

  • Pilot siteDesigned, installed, and signed off as the standard for the program
  • Drawing packageThe pilot becomes the prototype set used at every subsequent location
  • DepositSigned agreement plus 50% deposit starts fabrication for each site
  • Lead timeAs of August 2026: 8 weeks motorized, 6 weeks rope-and-pulley, 8 with framed metal doors.
  • SequencingSites ordered by market, weather window, and your construction or facilities calendar
  • CoordinationWe work directly with development teams, GCs, franchisees, and operations leads
  • HandoverConsistent punch and sign-off process at every location
  • After the installOne service channel for the whole portfolio, regardless of market

On true multi-site programs our $10,000 installed minimum is flexible. Single small jobs far from our primary service areas are generally declined unless they stack with others or belong to a larger program.

System selection

Motorized, Manual, or Both

Most portfolios end up mixed, and that is usually correct.

Motorized tends to win on larger patios, high-volume rooms, rooftops, and event spaces — anywhere the enclosure moves often enough that staff time matters. Wind ratings are 65 mph on every motorized unit.

Manual roll-down stays the right call on smaller patios and budget-sensitive sites. Same weather protection, materially lower investment, wind ratings of 45 mph at full size and up to 60 mph on an 8' by 10' panel.

Beyond operation, you get custom sizing, several shade fabrics, and a color range wide enough to match an existing brand palette rather than approximate it. The point of specifying it once is that site thirty does not become a fresh argument.

Why groups standardize

  • Scalable — the same package works in every market
  • Centralized — one project manager instead of one per site
  • Durable — commercial-grade, proven in high-volume restaurants
  • Flexible — motorized and manual under one specification
  • Measurable ROI — extended patio season, protected revenue

One Team. One Process. Fewer Surprises.

For a restaurant group, a patio enclosure is not a one-location improvement. It is part of a larger strategy: more comfortable outdoor dining, a longer usable season, protected revenue, and a guest experience that feels the same in Dallas as it does in Denver.

Comfortable patios lead to longer stays, higher check averages, and stronger brand loyalty. Brands like Culinary Dropout, Chuy's, and Fuzzy's Taco Shop have turned patios from unpredictable add-ons into reliable, branded assets.

If you are responsible for patio planning across several locations, we can help you build a repeatable approach that supports your brand, your operators, and your guests.

Multi-Location Questions

What is the typical rollout timeline per site?

As of August 2026: 8 weeks from signed agreement and deposit for motorized, 6 weeks for rope-and-pulley, 8 weeks for rope-and-pulley with framed metal doors. If a location's structure is still being built, the clock starts when construction is complete. Programs are sequenced by market and weather window, and we build the calendar with your construction or facilities team.

Does the $10,000 minimum apply at every location?

Our minimum is $10,000, installed, and we flex it for genuine multi-site programs. What we generally decline is a single small job a long way from our primary service areas unless it stacks with other sites or belongs to a larger rollout.

Who do we call after installation?

One channel, regardless of which location has the issue. Many problems resolve remotely by phone or email. Where an onsite visit is needed, we dispatch the designer who already knows your system rather than someone reading the file for the first time.

Can you match enclosures at our legacy locations?

Usually. Send photos and any drawings you have and we will tell you honestly whether we can match the existing system or whether it should be replaced. We would rather say no than deliver something that reads as a mismatch on your patio.

Do you work with our general contractor and franchisees?

Routinely. On new builds we coordinate with development teams and GCs to keep installation aligned with the opening date. On franchise programs we work with both corporate and individual owners so the brand standard survives contact with local decision-making.

Can different locations pick different colors?

They can, though most groups deliberately lock it. We will hold the specification you set and flag it when a site asks to deviate, so the decision is yours rather than an accident.

Planning enclosures across several locations?

Tell us how many sites and which markets. We will map a rollout sequence, lock a specification, and give you one person to call.
