The patio at Del Frisco’s Grille features motorized screens by Southern Patio Enclosures. These motorized vinyl patio enclosures are easy and quick to operate, and built to be as seamless and invisible as possible. You can quickly adjust the screens to account for changing weather, deploying up to 16 patio curtains with the push of a single button. There’s no need to interrupt dining guests, or to hunt for a step ladder. Just push a button, and you can eliminate bright sun glare while your customers can still enjoy the view! They also become a seamless part of your outdoor architecture. Our motorized vinyl patio enclosures can be installed so that they completely disappear when rolled up.
A remote controlled louvered roof by Equinox Roof Company allows the roof to go from fully opened to fully closed, in just a matter of moments. The louvers can be closed to shut out full sunlight, minimize UV exposure and control midday heat and sun. The fully closed position also keeps out any rain. The louvers can be opened to let in sunlight and air flow, adjusting to the exact angle needed to cut down on glare. A custom built cooling system by Jetstream Outdoor Cooling keeps the patio cool even in the middle of the Texas Summer. The Jetstream Cooling System utilizes a 1000 psi misting pump system which allows “Flash Evaporation” to occur and cool the air, dropping the ambient temperature up to 25 degrees. As the mist evaporates and Flash Evaporation occurs, the surrounding heat is absorbed causing the temperature to drop.
