What Austin patios need
Central Texas weather changes fast. Cold snaps can arrive with little warning, spring brings steady wind, and summer afternoons are long and bright. Clear vinyl keeps wind and chill off the table so a patio stays sellable in winter and spring, and Nano shade fabric takes the glare and heat off it in summer. Austin is also a short drive from our base in Buda.
Systems
Motorized enclosures. Our motorized roll-down system runs in keder-track so the panels stay seated in the wind. It is rated to 65 mph deployed. MaxView clear panels run up to 24 feet wide, and remotes put the whole patio on a button. The motor carries a 5-year warranty and workmanship 3 years.
Roll-up clear vinyl. Hand-rolled, rope-and-pulley panels cost less and use the same commercial-grade vinyl, with RF-welded seams and D-ring tie-downs. They are rated to 45 mph tied down. Panels run to 12 feet wide and zip together to span up to 60 feet, with a 3-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Sun shades. Nano fabric blocks up to 97 percent of the sun and drops patio temperature about 10°F. Shades run motorized or on rope and pulley. All vinyl is NFPA 701 certified.
How it works

- A 50 percent deposit starts the order; the balance is due after install.
- Our designer measures every opening on site at the design consultation, a $500 line on every quote.
- Lead time is 6 to 8 weeks.

Questions
How far do you travel?
We install nationwide. Austin is close to our Buda base, so travel is a small part of most jobs here.
Is there a minimum job size?
Yes, a $10,000 installed minimum. We work on commercial and hospitality patios only.
How long does it take?
Manual systems ship in about 6 weeks, or 8 with framed metal doors. Motorized systems take about 8 weeks from deposit.
What about wind?
Motorized systems are rated to 65 mph. Manual systems are rated to 45 mph tied down.
Can we finance it?
