What Houston patios need
Houston weather is wet and humid. Rain can arrive in minutes, the air stays damp most of the year, and near the water in Kemah and Webster the bay breeze adds wind. An enclosure that closes against a passing storm keeps the section open, and shade covers the heat at midday. Because humidity and coastal sites are hard on finishes, our motorized framing is powder-coated aluminum, available in nine colors.
Systems
Motorized. Motorized panels run in keder track and operate by remote, so staff can close a patio ahead of a storm without handling each panel. Rated to 65 mph deployed. MaxView clear panels reach 24 feet wide, and the motors have a 5-year warranty.
Roll-up clear vinyl. Manual panels roll by hand on rope and pulley. Seams are RF-welded rather than stitched, D-rings tie each panel down, and the rating is 45 mph tied down. Panels reach 12 feet wide and zip together up to 60 feet, backed by a 3-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Sun shades. Nano fabric blocks up to 97 percent of the sun and lowers the patio about 10°F, in motorized or rope-and-pulley versions. All vinyl is NFPA 701 certified.

How far do you travel?
We install nationwide. Our crews travel from Central Texas to Houston, and jobs paired with others in the region cost less to reach.
Is there a minimum?
$10,000 installed, for commercial and hospitality patios only.
What is the lead time?
About 6 weeks for manual systems, or 8 with framed metal doors, and about 8 weeks from deposit for motorized systems.
How do the systems handle wind?
Motorized systems are rated to 65 mph deployed. Manual systems are rated to 45 mph tied down.
Is financing available?
Yes, through LEAF Commercial Capital, an equipment lease with fixed monthly payments and e-signature. Most customers finance.
