What Dallas-Fort Worth patios need
North Texas weather moves between extremes. Summer afternoons are hot and bright, spring storms bring gusty wind, and winter cold fronts can drop in overnight. A clear vinyl enclosure turns a patio that closes with the weather into a room you can staff and schedule, and shade fabric keeps the sun side of the building usable at peak hours.
Systems
Motorized enclosures. Motorized panels ride in keder track and run from remotes, which matters on large frontages where staff cannot rope down every panel. They are rated to 65 mph deployed. Clear MaxView panels run up to 24 feet wide, and the motors carry a 5-year warranty.
Roll-up clear vinyl. Manual panels are hand-rolled on rope and pulley with RF-welded seams and D-ring tie-downs, rated to 45 mph tied down. Each panel runs to 12 feet wide, and panels zip together to span up to 60 feet. They carry a 3-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Sun shades. Nano fabric blocks up to 97 percent of the sun and drops patio temperature about 10°F. Shades come motorized or on rope and pulley, and all vinyl we supply is NFPA 701 certified.

How far do you travel?
We install nationwide, including every part of the Metroplex. Crews travel from Central Texas, and jobs paired with others in the region cost less to reach.
Is there a minimum job size?
$10,000 installed. We work on commercial and hospitality patios only.
How long does it take?
Manual systems take about 6 weeks, or 8 with framed metal doors. Motorized systems take about 8 weeks from deposit.
How do the systems handle wind?
Motorized systems are rated to 65 mph deployed. Manual systems are rated to 45 mph tied down.
Can we finance the project?
