Gloria’s Latin Cuisine – McKinney, TX
Salvadorian-inspired art and an upscale bar with a dash of neon set the mood for this Texan favorite. This new location in McKinney joins 22 others that infuse the Lone Star State with Latin flavor. It’s Salvadorian with a twist. So, you can try authentic pupusas and mariscada seafood soup right along with beloved Tex-Mex favorites. The variety “never disappoints.” Gloria’s has a reputation for being a place where no one rushes you. Lingering gets even better on the patio, especially with an award-winning margarita in your hand.
Clear Patio Advantages
As their first free-standing restaurant, this new location offered more patio design flexibility. Natural lighting was a priority. So, we suggested clear plastic vinyl shades to let the sun stream in. Motorized, they come all the way up in seconds when the weather is mild. Exterior doors were added within the shades to offer easy access, creating excellent safety and convenience for all. We were pleased to help Gloria and Jose Fuentes get to their November 2020 opening. It’s quite an accomplishment to start with one restaurant 30 years ago and turn it into an American success story.
